Just outside the tent open living areas are provided in Luxury Camps. In Premium camps spacious tents with all basic needs provided.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What’s provided inside the tents?” open=”no”]In Luxury Tents – spacious raised wooden beds and fully furnished living area. The whole tent including the washroom is wall-to-wall carpeted. Two very comfortable foldable arm chairs are placed in the Living Room, which also has a baggage rack, candle stand and floor cushion. Two comfortable beds with 6” mattresses, with linen, bedside stool, resh fruit basket, clothes rack.

In Premium Tents – a living area, furnished, is just outside the tent. Comfortable sleeping arrangements with raised beds and mattresses with bed linen. Dining with tables and chairs.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What about toilet and bathroom facilities?” open=”no”]Luxury camps have toilet and bathroom inside the tent itself with pipe born running water. In premium camps, flushable toilets and separate bathing facilities are set up close to the tent.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What about meals?” open=”no”]Fresh meals are prepared at the campsite itself in both categories of camping. The lunch will be a Sri Lankan meal and dinner a BBQ. European breakfast with local touch will be provided and the breakfast will be prepared in front of you. However you are free to bring whatever snacks you crave.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Do you serve beverages?” open=”no”]Yes. We do serve a limited range of local alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. For guests in luxury camps we provide unlimited Beer, Arrack, Jin, Brandy, Tea and Coffee as it is all included in your price.  Guests at Premium camps may purchase from our well stocked bar.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Do we need tickets and safari vehicles when we camp in National Parks?” open=”no”]Due to government regulations, we do not encourage camping in National Parks. We do camp in a close proximity to the national parks in a jungle atmosphere. When it comes to entry permits and safaris, a one-half-day complete safari experience is included in our given price – including transportation from the campsite to National Park and back, There are entry permits and trackers fees. We provide well maintained high quality safari vehicles and a limited range of chilled beverages will be available during the safaris. If it is a dawn safari, a picnic breakfast can be arranged or you can have breakfast when you return to the campsite.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Can we have a BBQ dinner at night?” open=”no”]Absolutely yes! The dinner will be a hearty BBQ dinner around the campfire. We always use local signature food items along with meat items.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Is it safe for kids?” open=”no”]Yes. It is safe for kids. We are very safety conscious. We will attend to the special needs on request[/toggle] [toggle title=”Do you have a restaurant in the campsite?” open=”no”]Yes we do. We always try to offer a diverse dining experience. If you had your lunch under a tree, your dinner will be set in an open area which enables you to have an “under a million stars’ dining experience. Breakfast will be served lakeside[/toggle] [toggle title=”Is electricity in your camps?” open=”no”]We provide electricity only in Luxury camps. But to maintain the jungle atmosphere, we provide lighting only for the illumination of the tent, and to charge your mobile phone, camera or laptop. The campsite is illuminated by flame torches, lanterns and fishermen lamps[/toggle] [toggle title=”Can we drive our vehicle up to your campsites?” open=”no”]To some campsites, it is possible to drive your vehicle. But in some locations, you can’t. However, we can provide transportation in our 4WD Jeeps. In such cases, we will arrange the parking of your vehicle in a suitable secured place.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Do you provide accommodation for tour guides and chauffeurs?” open=”no”]Yes we do. But we accommodate only two local guides or chauffeurs. Extra persons must pay for accommodation and meals.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What other activities are available in your camps?” open=”no”]If you are not at a safari camp, we provide alternative excursions. If you are in a camp in a rainforest, we will escort you to a nature trail with team leader or naturalist. While you are relaxing at the camp, we can organize mountain biking trails, canoe rides, village trails, bird watching trails. It depending on your camping location.[/toggle] [toggle title=”What should we bring?” open=”no”]We strongly recommend bringing only the essentials according to your length of stay. We advise you to not to bring unnecessary baggage to the campsite. Sun burn lotions, insect repellents, leach socks, sun glasses, caps and hats, track bottoms, deck shoes and wet sandals are suggested.[/toggle] [/accordian]
